I reckon he put on some weight to improve his defence. Which he did.
but it cost him a yard or 2 of pace and took that confidence he had to bust through small gap.
Plus the head noise and leg injuries this year didn’t help.

Still a football game to be played next week. They'll be outsiders but they've made a prelim which is already their best result of the 2020's.

More importantly. A completely impotent football team has been removed from the competition. I don't mind the top 8 but really had a hard time stomaching the Cowboys being involved. Tackle bags and sand dunes for the boys this off season.
