I would have thought (and hoped for) grade 2 careless.

I think the charge is around the right ball park. It was more thab careless, he got him flush, and hard in the head. Walker's was more careless by comparison, and it didn't have the force of impact that Pauga's did.

Walker should not even be charged IMO. It looked "spectacular" but they always do in that circumstance. It was open play and he got wrong footed and stuck an arm out and slapped him in the face. Penalty and nothing more.

Pauga was bad and just needs to pay the price. The fact Tracey didn't have the ball doesn't help, if he did a lower grade might be warranted.
