Honestly it’s difficult to work out what’s happened to the Warriors. Virtually the same side as last year, same coach, arguably the comp is of a poorer standard this year…they’ve had a few injuries but nothing comparable to what some teams have copped.

They had a couple good wins at home - where they always lift - and beat a terrible Souths team away, and were very lucky to get a draw agains Manly.

But even against Newcastle at home they were pretty lucky. I think SJ must've kicked to Tuala most of the game hoping Berry would challenge - and he caught most of them easily. I also think that only happens when you don't have a good 5/8 that also demands the ball to take on the attack.

They need more variety in attack, and throw in a couple of weird coaching moves and now injury - it's not looking good.
