Surely they won’t continue having the arsey luck of teams missing sitter field goals from in front as well as winning games 2 tries to 3 (last week) and officials missing high shots in front of the post (this week).
Only the Panthers have better defence. They deserve their spot on the ladder.

Swings and roundabouts. Bulldogs got molested in the first half and ignored by the ref. Looks like he swung the other way in the 2nd.

End of the day, winning ugly is a talent. Earlier in the year we were robbed 3-4 games we should have won. Last 2 weeks that trend has turned. Fortune favours the brave.

And of course you were this philosophical and magnanimous when you were robbed.

Kurt Mann cost me a win by being offside on a kick the merkin. Also it would have been poetic if Mahoney's dummmy half gaffe cost them the game.

Did well in the circumstances and were shafted by the penalty no call. But no way you were "clearly the better team".
Not clearly the better team but MV is right, the Dogs should have put us to the sword with all the back 3 off (and Montoya playing very hurt for a long time) a host of guys out of position, playing tired and only one guy on the bench.

The fact they weren't smart enough or good enough to exploit that doesn't say a lot for them.

The penalty no try is one of the most f**ked things I've seen. I don't know how much more blatant that could be. The NRL won't charge Saelmon because that'll further expose how poor it was that Gee got another look and still couldn't see how obvious it was that it was high contact, and late
