Hey man, just letting you know that you are not invited to the Carty party.

I do like Carty in the First 10 minutes with his intensity but it falls off a cliff after that.

Plus we need some bash Brothers in the second row now plodders ala Lane...

Huh? He’s 28 years old
He’ll be 29 next season. Is it worth signing a forward on big money for one season after which they *might* fall off a cliff? He may not but it’s still a risk. Crichton isn’t that much younger than Lane. Let’s not forget Lane was killing it at a similar age even moreso than Crichton before he fell off hard.

Moses 4 try assists (I personally think he should be credited with 5, but anyway) is the equal most try assists in a single origin game in history - tied with Fittler from 2000.

No single player has had 4 try assists in a SERIES in 6 years and Moses just did it in one game.

He now has more try assists in origin than Cleary from 10 less games

Completely agree. His first fifteen minutes was on another level from a Canetoad’s POV. And then he gave us absolutely everything in the second half to prevent a complete blow out.
Hard to argue his performance was worse then 34 players.

He is a rubbish ref that loses control of games very quickly.

It's no coincidence last year's GF was one of the best refereed games in a long time because Klein and Sutton weren't involved for the first time in 7-8 years.

First 30 mins the penalties and set restarts was 6-0 to NSW.

After the 30 min mark when the game had blown out the count turned around 11-3 QLDs way in the last 50 Mins.

It's almost like Ashley was told give NSW the early running and at halftime looking at the score someone from the NRL has gone mate you better start penalising NSW we can't have this as 40-50 point blow-out.

It boggles my mind sometimes with the sin bins and rules.

The NRL want to promote Origin as tribalism and the hatred with things exploding.

The moment there was a small melee we send blokes to the bin for a head rub and a bit of push and shove.

Would anyone here be whinging if Martin and Carrigan stayed on the field last night.

NRL wonder why Origin has lost its lustre from 10-15 years ago.

Adam Gee needs to be the ref for the 3rd game...it's gonna be a circus If Klown is the ref

To be fair, Lane has had one very, very good season, and then been average, at best, for the rest of his time with us.

Angus Crichton has routinely been a Blues-calibre player.

I would take Crichton, over Lane, any day.
