And now we don’t have the Darwin game we should alternate Easter Monday and kings birthday so we play 1 high drawing game a year at Accor

Given the size of the crowd expected today (over 60000) what a crying shame it isn’t on FTA. Would be an amazing advert for our code and and add to the growing trend of increased attendances.

I wonder if that's a consideration for the NRL or FTA bidders in the upcoming rights negotiations. Hope so.

A flood of $10 tickets has been released for level 6 east, plus bays 629-632 in level 6 west.

Restricted view seats in first three rows of level 1 south also now available.

I expect the lower bowl to look fuller than Good Friday, but level 6 to be more sparse.

Really should have been done earlier in the week. Creates ridiculous situations like below, Can sit in a restricted view seat for $70 or go a row up or down and pay $35 for a non-restricted view seat.



Compared to Good Friday - going from the map there looks like a fair bit less of the stadium is sold. Unless areas at the Good Friday clash were emptier than I remember and they are packed in today. Can't see it beating good Friday. I'm gonna guess 60k - which is still a great crowd.

There is no King's Birthday public holiday in Qld today. They have it in October. The states and territories who are having King's Birthday today are NSW, Victoria, SA, Tasmania, ACT and NT. Not sure why Qld and WA have it on another day.

It may be less appealing for FTA with Queenslanders at work while the game kicks off.

There wasn’t much good in the Campbell Newman era but having King’s Birthday in June and Labour Day in October was the standout. Didn’t take the ALP long to move Labour Day back to May though

And they said a couple of months ago this winter won’t be as cold wrong as usual the guys that look at all that stuff in advance. We have July and August to come I can only imagine it’ll get colder

We need a similar stadium like Allegiant stadium in Vegas for our fans, Accor is a joke compared to stadiums in the US
