2025 Crowd Watch

Serious question: who sets the pricing? The Stadium owner or the club renting the stadium?

Clubs are the ones.

The Stadium owner just says it will cost $x to host.

The exception is when games are sold. Like the Perth game coming up. Perth would of paid for the game and go about getting that money back

Agreed.
It's just clubs being greedy and not caring about attendances.
I hate to say it, but it is exactly what that other code does.

To be fair all they have are crowds.

I can't bag out other clubs because Panthers pricing has been so out of whack.

It really is dumb, We don't market games to fans. Make it too easy to stay at home

Most reserved seats left on sale for Good Friday (except for aisle 126), are single seats only. More level 4 seats should open up tomorrow and there's still GA Alcohol Free and Away GA available

The Gold Coast is already at max population. They are hummed in by the ocean and mountains. The population isn’t going to grow.

They wont ever get good crowds. They add nothing to the NRL, move them else where…..even to Ipswich would be an improvement.
You haven't been following Rugby League long I take it? The last time the Titans were consistently competitive in making the finals they averaged over 20K. If they ever get their shit together they will comfortably get those crowds again.

They have been shit for over a decade and still averaged 18K last year.

I assume that you agree with me.
Isn't that what I said?

Doggies are targeting the 2013 Good Friday record of around 51313 ? If I remember correctly

Being undefeated and souths in good form it’s a good chance

Pretty sure last time they got 51k it was with the help of people with Easter show tickets in for free or cheap tickets.

I think tonight's crowd is pretty impressive, for a Sunday night. As mentioned above, it's the best Sunday night game in 4 years.

The Good Friday match between the Dogs and Rabbits will draw an awesome crowd. And rightly so.

Every sport has failed in the GC

The population move to the Gold Coast from other areas, if they are league fans they already have a team.

the titans are dead weight just as the seagulls and giants were.
I liken it to Penrith 40 years ago. Everyone that moved that came from other areas and all ready had a team

We can't be disappointed with this, despite the original claims of 30 k +.
Sunday 6 PM is a shocker time slot.
Bulldogs are smashing it tbh.
I'd love to see any other Sydney club beat this.
almost 10k more than I would have expected tbh

Good crowd but disappointing at the same time! Sunday 615pm took a few off.

Middles full GA not so much! Accor GA is to far away!!
You couldn't pay me money to sit in Accor GA unless it's a massive event. Waste of time.
