I think that is a pretty good list, although I would have Fitzgibbon at least one bracket down (if not too); I think he is very safe and doing a good job.

What makes you think he is in that second bracket?

Edit; while Ricky should be where he is, he isn’t going anywhere. He deserves Canberra and Canberra deserves him!!

This is a good list and I agree with it for the most part, the only two that I think could go later in the list are Benji and Robbo.

Benji will either just crack the 8 this year or be just outside it, the Tigers will view this as a massive success given the most recent years and he'll be well safe because of that. Only way I could see him getting sacked is if the Tigers ran last again but even then I think they'd stick with him until mid 2026.

Robbo is as safe as your top 4 I think. the club views 2025 as a rebuilding year so even if the Roosters run last it'd be okay with everyone at the club. I do think Robbo's real test will come in 2026 when he has Robson, DCE (Hopefully) and whatever other signings he makes. If Robbo spends millions on new players and leads the club to anything less than a competitive grand final appearance then I think questions would start to be asked.

Ricky should be exactly where he is- comfortably ensconced in the top 3, watching a few random Sydney clubs prop up the ladder.

Tons of options out there, from the assistant coaches alone you have the following who have coached hundreds of first grade games:

Brian McDermott, Jason Taylor, Justin Holbrook and Nathan Brown

Less experienced include the likes of:

John Morris, Josh Hannay and Trent Barrett

Super League you've got the following experienced coaches:

Adrian Lam, Brad Arthur, John Cartwright, Matt Peet and Steve McNamara

Obviously both Billy Slater and Laurie Daley are available if the right team wants to hire them similar to Madge last year, as well.

Apart from those you have the coaches that have been out of the game either short term or long term such as Walters, Toovey and Demetriou. Throw in all the assistant coaches that have never had first grade experience and the NSW Cup/NRLW coaches and you'd probably easily have 20-30 coaches willing to fill a spot if the right offer came along.
