What's the bet we're going to be disappointed yet again in 2025 when the Grand Final jerseys only have embroidered text signifying the GF instead of a special GF badge?
I think it's usually the Wednesday that we see the team photos.

Storm team photo was Monday, but didn't contain any stitching.

Makes sense, they’re the team that has struggled for a colour combo more than another other and after finally settling on the early 90s classic they proceed to have their most memorable games immortalised with a random assortment of colours

Hahah, it is a game where upwards of 7mil Australians will see images live and 80% of the country will see some visuals at some stage. Basically the single greatest opportunity for brand awareness.

these marketing legends would have Newcastle play the GF in orange…

It's alright. Eventually we'll play the Wests Tigers in the GF, so our orange mining kit will come in handy for that day..!

Australia will be stripped bare and no mining will be left to celebrate with a jersey before that day ever comes....😆

Cowboys only wearing their home 9 times is crazy. Sure, Parra only wore theirs 8 times but wore their heritage a lot and it still looks quintessentially Eels, whereas the Cowboys heritage looked fairly similar to their away.

Were Broncos the first premiers to wear a collared jersey since Wests Tigers in 2005? Only other grand final team I can think of in a collared jersey since then was Parramatta in 2009.

That'd be kind of funny if it's the case given the Broncos started the move away from collars in the early 2000s with their alternate jersey.

A traditional collar yes. Manly had the closest in that period with the ISC half collar thing in 2011.
