Entrenched self centred systems are the problem. Discarding and writing off young players when they aren't in first grade by 21 while signing Jack Bird or some other aging plodder is the problem. Keeping fossils like Des and Creeping in head coaching roles is the problem.

Perth and PNG are bad ideas because we have done no prep at all for expansion and neither place offers anything. The actual talent pool is fine, if the clubs manage it
