This should give us a good idea of where both teams stand. The dogs despite being the top of the comp are only in that position because of byes and their last month has been meh.

The media are telling anyone who will listen that the panthers are revived after 3 on the trot but I'm not convinced. They struggled to beat wests and Parra in that run. The warriors victory was very impressive though.

Dogs because if the don't beat them now, they never will.

"Only in that position because of byes" or just the fact we've only lost two games all year, one when we were well and truly stripped bare by injury, suspension and origin duty.

Relax mate. You’ll give up your third loss here and drop to second.

No need to blow a gasket.

The best young 6** in the game facing off against a mong with a shit haircut. Panthers A by as many as we feel like.

**Discounting the Raiders 6 from the discussion

Jesus, what an overreaction.

There is a team that has one more win than you guys. That's what I'm referring to, I'm not suggesting they wouldn't be top 4 or anything like that.

You seem very insecure about their position though.

The one we've all been waiting for.

I have enjoyed watching the Dogs ascend to the top of the table. But now is the time for order to be restored. You don't get to claim number one on the ladder without beating the number one team.

A loss here isn't catastrophic for the Dogs either. They'll be back in the finals and will certainly make it past week one. Maybe even go further. But this week is destiny.

Tune in on Thursday at 7.50pm AEST for a Rugby League lesson.

I would also say the soft draw has helped a lot too.
