Fun finish. Would have been funny if we got there, if it went to golden bald it would have been a robbery. I can only assume our game plan was to stand around under the goal posts for a while. Not sure how else you explain that shit show.

I still wasnt confindent with 12 mins to go, the Grand Final against Brisbane was in the back of my mind.
So early in the season but you guys will be there again at the end.

Maybe. Didn't seem to affect the Warriors though. Looks like running the CVT instead of the Tremec was a bad idea.

I think more a case of thinking they could just phone it in. Roosters no names exceeded even the most optimistic Chooks fans expectations, so credit where it's due.

Biggest phone it in performance since the England Socceroos friendly in 2003.

I was confident until your last try. Then was confident again when Cleary took the kick at 14 down. As fun as it would have been to have come back and won it wouldn't have been a victory I was happy about.

2 big streaks broken too, 10 straight and To'o's winning record when scoring a try.

Fair enough, the roosters were slow off their line early and I thought the writing was on the wall.

But they scrambled and stayed in it.

Impressive for a side under construction.

'Penthetic' tonight! Yeah we won 4 premierships in a row but that means nothing for this season. We lost a game to the Roosters FFS who were supposed to be our bunnies whether or not they had an injury crisis and whether or not they were tipped to miss the 8. Unacceptable and has already put a stain on 2025 for me. I don't think a team who leaks 38 to this mob is a title contender so I'll probably have to be content with the 4 in a row.

I wasnt confident till the full time siren went. My heart was in my mouth when Cleary put through the penalty go to make it 32-38 and just thought he we go agsin.
