The point of the ball touched first, it has to based on the angle the ball was on. Just because the video doesn't have a frame that shows it and only shows before or after doesn't mean it didn't happen!
That means that a point 5cm around from the point of the ball can't touch the ground at the same time as the point when the ball is on an angle like that. But that's what the video ref thinks happened.
On the other hand, I thought it touched the cornerpost first or simultaneously, but that's not what they ruled.
