The first time I remember hearing the term and the only context I've ever heard it used for, is the cheap Chinese smorgasbord all you can eat places that were prolific in the '70s and '80s.I guess I don't understand the phrase 'chew and spew'. The food is not really that healthy, but it doesn't make you sick unless it has bacteria or viruses in it, like poor old MRN above.
I do like McDonald's, but it's packed full of calories, and burgers like the double quarter pounder are like 45 grams of fat, so that's not good. But sometimes I can't resist it and I get the large quarter pounder meal.
Oh yes, I think I may have heard that term back in the 80s. Certainly not a phrase a young person would use today. The first time I remember hearing the term and the only context I've ever heard it used for, is the cheap Chinese smorgasbord all you can eat places that were prolific in the '70s and '80s.
It's likely been bastarised from there.
My halves of choice going into this series was Luai #6 and Moses #7. They got the job done last series, they deserved to be rewarded for their performance with first dibs on selection this time around. What a mammoth effort from this young Eels team.
And if Moses isn't NSW's 7 next year, Daley is a bigger goose than we thought.
