Clearly booing the replay of the non-penalty which was being shown on the big screen.

He's quite clearly going off concussed. I know there's no announcement at the ground but it was clear if you watched, that he had a HIA. Is that the time to boo?

I agree, it was reckless and I have no sympathy in that regard, I actually have no idea why he did it. It was a very weird act.

It should have been a Storm penalty, too, because that act preceded the holding on penalty that went against Grant. You're right, Hughes could have been injured
He did it to avoid shoulder contact to a player off the ball. Would have been a sin bin for sure and he knew it. Although with the current crop of referees nothing would surprise me.

No one has reached the pinnacle of murkiness that Dog Liam Martin has reached..

I love the way Martin plays tough and somewhat unpredictable but he needs to lose the whole forearm to the throat of the tackled player grubby stuff, if he was at a lesser team he would be getting pinged for it frequently

Hughes out for two weeks with a broken hand (from the Cleary collision), NAS one week under concussion protocol, and Meaney gone for four while his jaw mends.

An expensive win indeed.
