Egan, Sandon, Lindsay, Sam, Toby, Blake, Nat, Spencer, Taylor… these are all femmo and/or soft names more fitting of a group of girls from the local netball team. That’s no way to win games of rugby league football.

If Warren Smith had his way, the Tits would now be leading 14-12.
Lol kicking a field goal at 12 all with 12 minutes left is not a thing any more. Its fascinating how poorly he understands the game sometimes.

Very un-tittylike second half. Very impressive.

On the other hand the Rorts roster is cooked. A mixture of washed up has beens, union rejects, journeyman duds and a couple of psychopaths. Sandon Smith just ain't it. A few rebuilding years ahead for them.
I give smith leeway here... He threw the intercept, it happens but he damn sure looked better than the other half. If Walker or Watson are there today we win, I feel certain they come up with something in the first half

Either way, anyone that says DCE wouldn't immediately improve this team need only look at this game. Anyone want to tell me that swapping Chad with DCE today wouldn't have resulted in more roosters points? Chad's kicking was horrific.

We are the single dumbest football team in history. The titans had no right to be in that game at all.

Penalty after penalty after penalty backed up with a million errors.

Awful attacking kicking

Don't take the two when it's on offer to go up by 6

Leniu tries to kill someone leading to the go ahead try

Pushing passes when ahead by 4 coming out of your own end.

The list goes on.
In all my years of watching the Roosters that will go down as one of the most diabolical displays ever, the game was there for the taking many times but exactly what you mentioned above kept on getting pedaled by the Roosters over and over again when they were in a decent position.

The way this game played out was how i was expecting the first half of the season was going to be like before a ball was kicked. I wasn't expecting to beat the Broncs but wasn't expecting 50 put on us, also wasn't expecting to beat Penrith but that was a bonus, Today's game was sort of what i was expecting for the first 6 or 8 rounds.

What side is going to turn up against Souths, hopefully the side that split open Penrith, they should be better with Connor Watson back but i wouldn't care less if today was Chad Townsend's last game ever.

Titans will still have issues around game management in the halves.

But it’s so difficult to dislike the way Jayden Campbell goes about his business. He’s going to deliver some spectacular moments this year.

Poor Blake to be included in that list. Seems harsh or borderline at best.

Samuel is a good name, but agreed Sam is a netball team name.

I don't think it's a stretch to say we win if Watson or Walker were there yesterday.

I don't mind ZDC starting actually, he is solid in the first 20 but doesn't offer anything creatively. I know Sandon cops a lot but he looked a lot better than Townsend especially in the first half setting up the try and nearly another if not for a forward pass. I know he threw the intercept but that's footy, he was trying to make a play and will learn from that.

Even defensively it wasn't a bad effort, it's just when you don't score points with all those opportunities you leave yourself open. Like 12 of their points came off the intercept and the error at the end. The Tino try wasn't a good optic but they were solely focused on preventing a FG out of desperation.

Yeah, Blake isn’t too bad. I guess I was thinking of Blake Lively and really just needed names to add weight to my gag.

Im not a rooster hater. they’ll be back in the coming years.

Scrappy first half but kept at it and outlasted a pretty ordinary Roosters mob ... onwards and upwards to next where we seek redemption in the Tits v Flaps extravangaza at Bus.
