How on earth have Newcastle won games?
Sin bin killed it.
Still a disappointing second half from the Knights. Did all the hard work in D in the first half then shot blanks for the rest of the game. They should probably come good during Origin but who knows.
Newcastle have only scored 42 points this year. That’s not good.
2023 - most tries scored (regular season)
2024 - 2nd last points scored
2025 - last points scored
We've turned dour to watch the last two years
To be fair we didn’t lose 2 players in the first 2 minutes in those games.
I honestly don’t understand though how people can watch us play with Cogger and not understand why we need to make a desperate play for a half.
Oh cry me a f***ing river. The Broncos fan is sick of all the legups in the game. C'mon dude."Hate" is very strong and well off the mark but I don't particularly like what it has become recently, no. We learn to live with six agains, and 7 tackle restarts as dogshit as they are because the NRL persist and other opinions ignored, but the head high crackdown this weekend.....God I am so fed up with the constant meddling. It feels like a red line to me, and people will only get more fed up with it as the season rolls on.
Josh Reynolds used to get away with just conceding penalties when he tripped players every second game, didn't he?So a deliberate trip is only a bin?

They used to be an automatic send off. Nowadays it's usually a penalty and a small fine. Today was the first sinbin for a decent number of years.should have been a send off then too. Deliberate trips should be send offs rather than wanting to watch 300 replays on what is or isn’t a hip drop how about they send blatant trips off
Yep, not sure what people have been watching calling for a send-off, certainly not the NRL. We were unlucky to get a sin-bin based on recent precedent, not that it wasn't undeserved. I remember the Knights having a player tripped in what I would call a try-scoring situation sometime in the last few years (have a feeling it was a Saifiti) and it was only a penalty. They used to be an automatic send off.
