I don't expect Latrell will be playing the full 80, having had a disrupted preseason and no match fitness at all under his belt. Even though he is fitter and slimmer than he has been since he was a debutante, he'll still be blowing and therefore I expect Gray to replace him at some point in the game.

Moving forward though in a few weeks time once Latrell gains his match fitness, I hope to see Jye used in other positions on the field while Latrell stays on the field. They could both switch round once Jye comes on. There are no set rules and it's up to Wayne. But it will develop over the coming rounds and could turn into a deadly set up.

Apparently the lineup at training is

1. Gray
2. Tass
3. Latrell
4. Wighton
5. Ravalawa

Wighton and Rava is a bit of a defensive nightmare but we should be putting a lot of points on down the left.

Very interesting developments. Trell training at centre and leaving Jye at fullback is at least being looked at. Given how many other outside backs are missing, it makes sense. It remains to be seen whether it stays that way when guys like Campbell and AJ do return from injury.

But, great! As long as Latrell roams infield and gets busy rather than catches cold waiting for the ball to come to him.

Meanwhile Wighton to right centre hopefully works out. He has played some Origin out there I think.

Full teapot pose there by Latrell. Hopefully that is not indicative of any nose being out of joint and his attitude is positive about this.

Would love to know how AJ is tracking and whether he has appeared at all on the training paddock or is still in full rehab mode.
