things might change when luai gets back the reason we playing well now is cause we have a leader in madden
Bit harsh, Luai around the club has been a part of the huge culture shift.. don’t forget he was our best player in round one also

Our forwards are absolutely belting teams and it’s been nice to play on the front foot

the halves problem is a good headache to have though

this isnt a shot at luai i just think madden is a true 7 while the other 2 are 6's

Personally i would have Jock Madden and luai in the halves. Doueihi is playing more like a centre/lock anyway.
You’d have to take Twal out of the 13 then, which completely changes how we’ve played. Sadly I think Latu Fainu makes way and Madden goes back to the bench. Our attack was fine in round 2 with AD and Luai, it was just the one game it didn’t really click. If Luai has any brains he would play more direct when he returns.

I know, but just play Twal as a middle. Potetially adds another player to the middle rotation. Play AD in the role that Latu has been playign when he comes on. Bottom line, I think Jock/Laui > AD/Luai

Tigers are a real threat this year.
Go easy, it's only April.

There's a LOT of the season left to play, and teams who start well can fade & teams that start badly can suddenly click.

However, this start is DEFINATELY giving the Tigers a great platform to hopefully break their playoff drought. More than that is a real bonus.

Give the Tiges their day. They've earned it.

Gave us a heap of trouble even when we were good last season.

Benji is a likeable bloke which is probably why it's talen a while for people to take him seriously as a coach. But that Sheens / Raiders pipeline has links to a LOT of good coaches these days and Benji can take something from that + all his way more up to date ideas.

Anything can happen, early days but a Tiges top 4 run isn't out the question and I wouldn't hate that. The league is topsy turvy all of a sudden.

I always notice how the '89 Tigers players crew always turn up and add their value to Raiders '89 anniversary events and whatnot. Quality attitude to the whole thing, it is noted and appreciated. I even like Blockers commentary, I am the 1%.
