Seems like the press is turning on Bazball.

This cult about England have changed the game with this Bazball garbage.

How many tests has McCullum won against Australia as a player and Coach.

Answer is 1.

1 test win in 20 years Baz.
England won the 1st Test bra.
Maybe not on the scoreboard but on the lever scale.

I was at the ground yesterday. How much did the TV show of the protesters? Three went onto the pitch, there were 5ish security guards on one, three on another and then Bairstow tackled the last in a bear-hug; picked him off his feet and carried him the 60 yards to the boundary solo. It was pretty impressive stuff.

Pretty limp day from the Poms. Australia look a cut above tbh, and all you lot hating on Bazball, Head seems to like it and be pretty good at it.

I expect they’ll fight back, but that was a poor bowling day in helpful conditions and some high quality batting

He’s a big boy is Bairstow, tbh a bit silly getting him involved, like Symonds ( and Chappell much earlier in NZ) it’s good tv and will get airtime, but we should remember Alderman

Very interested to see how they approach batting when they're going to be at least 400+ runs down. Given the conditions I wouldn't expect Australia to give them a deep point either to get off the mark. I think that's what most of the Aussie bowlers was referencing when they said they'd like to see them do it against their attack. Easy to do it on a belter, let's see how it goes on a green top after you've just bowled poorly.

Don’t know how it’ll go, but I don’t see them changing. Root a key as he’s simply great, but they’ll be aggressive. Starc could be expensive or run through them, Cummins is a different beast though

3 mins past starting time and they haven’t bowled a ball yet and they are stuffing about. No wonder we never get 90 overs in a day anymore.

Come on mate give them a fair go. Their opening bowlers are old enough for Josh Hodgson to call them f**ken boomers
