I reckon our best chance is to jag a dead rubber. I don't think the groundskeepers will make the mistake of preparing a reasonable wicket like they did for England

I think if we had picked another quick we'd be a shot...spin is not our strength and the Indian batsmen play it so well that Lyon and SOK would probably struggle to run through an under fifteens side.

Grow up on shit wickets, play well on good ones. Grow up on good wickets it's a lot harder to play well on shit ones. Its a lot easier for good players to go from shit wickets to good ones and have success than vice versa.

I expect to be pretty shitty with some terrible batting as well, don't get me wrong. No doubt at least two muppets a game will throw their wickets away. But I also don't think it'll matter.

Actually most of Sunil Havascars runs against the Windies were before they amassed their great pace battery, before then they were mostly stocked with plodding spinners.
