Rogers should play many more tests if Hughes is the only option?

Maybe Maxwell can bring his x-factor to the opening spot?

Pakistan putting on a clinic here - maybe Younis will get his ODI spot back?

Maxwell is an embarrassment. Most average cricketer I have seen play for Australia. I would take Michael Beer and Xavier Doherty back in a heartbeat over him.

Once again Younis shows his class, one of my fav international batsmen.

The No Show was supposed to bat at 3 but they sent in Lyon to protect him, he will probably outscore the No Show if he bats next.

All the toys will be scattered all over the ground.

Im sensing something really special from the big show today

150 off 90 balls, something like that. He is due. Hang onto your seats

I reckon Clarke might come in next.

Maxwell at 5 could be fireworks for a few minutes or a duck.

Well that's what you're looking for in a number 5 batsmen.

I think you may be right, Clarke will still be batting at 4 with a full night of rest.

I think Maxwell will be in next, they will stick with the top 6 batting order, nightwatchman or not.

Hopefully Lyon can bat till after lunch Warner another ton. A lot to ask but we can hope and dream for now..

Haddin says he will bat , but if we are going down like ten pins best he doesn't.
He doesn't want to have a scan cause it may rule him out

Pakistan have done really well in both test matches, especially Younis Khan. Good on em, they have a rough lot not being able to play at home but Misbah does a very good job with them.

I'm not overly concerned re Australia, you can expect poor showings in these conditions, our spinners don't suit the pitches and our quicks struggle as well. More concerning was the knee jerk reaction to a poor first test match. Thought we were getting over that.

Aust 1/34

The big show has had a shave and is next in to bat and means business

You almost want a wicket to fall sooner than later for this event

2/47, Show races to his equal top score of 13. The crowd are hushed in anticipation as the man with the toys prepares his assault on Brian Lara's 400*.
