nonetheless... Southee seems to have matured a lot, and Boult has talent... starting with those two we have a promising attack...

Martin's bowling today was a revalation for me, he really went after Pieterson (who wnet after him, too) - it was great cricket...

Whether the third pace bowler is Bracewell, Wagner or a TBA, we're in decent shape... what we need is someone in the top 6 who can bowl 10-12 overs of medium pace... obviously people will say Ryder, but regardless someome who can fill a spot like Astle, Coney, etc... the workload the three pace bowlers have had isn't sustainable for too long

What a moron, barely had a delivery that would have hit the stumps until he threw up a half volley that Williamson spanked down the ground. One of the worst exhibitions of opening bowling I've seen in some times, what a waste of the new ball.
