Wish McCullum would just get out without wasting a review. He'd probably use one if he was clean bowled.

24 from 118 balls for the match. Awful.

:? I fail to see how his strike rate is a bad thing. I f anything it shows some application by McCullum which is good for him.

I have to admit I expected to wake up and see that the match was either finished or NZ were down another 3 or 4 wickets at least. Good grit shown by Brownlie and Watling... never know, if they can get centuries they may be a chance of forcing SA to bat again

This game could go well into the first session of Day 4. Great effort by NZ taking 1 and a half days to lose 20 wickets

solid partnership between Watling and Brownlie (New Zealand's only non spastics with the bat). All of a sudden, game on

Typical to see Brownlie and Watling show the way. At least Guptill gave it a red hot go I guess. Flynn, typical, walking wicket. Hopeless batsman.

Watling has been seriously impressive, big ups. Now we should give him a really good crack at being our long term opener.

I don't think South Africa were as clinical as the results suggest. I also don't think New Zealand were as bad as the results suggest (although at times they were worse), but the results were a fair reflection on proceedings and the difference between the two sides

New Zealand bowled well on day 1 with no luck. Wagner was very good, lots of edges falling just short or going just wide.

Watling was utterly brilliant. To bat like he did in 3 of the 4 innings with almost no support showed how much class he has.

Changes for England need to be Guptill, Flynn, Patel, Bracewell out. Taylor, Ronchi, Rutherford, Astle in.

I'd imagine if Fulton is fit he'll open and McCullum will drop to 5.

I'm not sure about Rutherford, I can't see him going to well against Anderson and co.
