So everyone knows Adrian. Is he really THAT annoying to everyone else?

I''ll be honest and say he makes a hell of alot more sense than a bucket load of the other callers. I know the almighty Graham doesn't like him and will pretty much just disagree with anything that he says. Now it's as if the other merkins just follow suit and pile hate on him also.

I'd prefer Adrian tooks Tunks spot on the show. Tunks is a fcking stupid prick that never shuts up.

I like Adrian because he pisses them off.
If callers don't agree with what Tunks or Hughes say, they just talk over the top of them until they give in.
Adrian doesn't give in and gets his point (Des sux) across. Even if it is the same point every time, I like that he sticks it to them.
As I mentioned earlier in this thread, the good looking toad also gives them the shits, so he is becoming a favourite, even though I disagree with most of his points.
The 'worst 3 hours of radio' roasting he gave them about AAs fist name/last name discussion was funny as f**k.

That first name last name was a disgrace. But the worst one was the good bad and ugly transfers of 2017 which basically turned into name 15 blokes who moved clubs. It's a ridiculous segment, it rivals old mates moto GP commentary special.

The other terrible one (admittedly it was the callers that couldn't get it through their thick skulls) was the name somebody who made a big difference at 2 clubs, something like that anyway.

Every stupid prick rung up and said any player they could think of that played for 2 clubs.

Some classic Adrian from a few years ago:

ROFL at the last video. Oh boy, he really got under Hughes' skin when he said "Graeme, are you capable of making 4 selections without naming 8 teams". HAHAHAHA! Because that is so typical of Hughes on Talkin' Sport.

Not to mention the ones that mentioned players who played at three clubs.

'Jamie Soward was great for two clubs'
'He doesn't qualify'
'He played for the Dragons and Panthers didn't he, or don't you reckon he made a big difference at the Panthers?'
'He also played for the Roosters'
'Yeah, but that was in the lower grades wasn't it?'
Followed by a 3 minute discussion trying to figure out if he played first grade for the Roosters.

I felt like punching the radio.

Jamie Ainscough was the other one. They couldn't figure out where he played before Newcastle. I think Hughes suggested it was Easts (he played for Wests.)

Pretty sure Pappy was on that day as well and he didn't pull them up on it either as he was playing at Easts at the same time Ainscough was at Wests.

same discussion was had about Luke Priddis, caller mentioned Broncos and Raiders and Tunks i think said "no he doesnt count because he went to Super League"..the caller said "thats not right" and Hughes chimed in with "we will have to check that out"...obviously forgetting his time at St George or when he won a comp with the panthers . they are clueless

Someone mentioned Mick Potter and Pappy said it was a great get. They had to be reminded after the call that Potter played for Canterbury / Dragons....and then the Reds.
They are clueless when it comes to history of the game.

That is utterly uttterly embarrassing from both the caller and the show for not knowing Priddis' history.

Yep, and then 2 minutes of each call was spent debating which clubs that player had played for.

Hughes "ahhhh.... well ahhhhh.... yeah yeah I think that's right but we will need to check it out"

Was Robbo there?

"Oh. Graeme, it's just, oh, oh, I don't know, but you know, it's just, yeah ..."

Have these blokes never heard of Wikipedia or rugby league project - you could find out in a second flat!

Ahhh the Reds. I'm surprised if Robbo was there he didn't say that Rugby Union doesn't count.

F*ck me, Gavin and his tradie & granola analogy. He is a deadset f*ckwit of the highest order. What was done to him as a child that he has ended up the way he is??
