wierdly for a loss against a low ranked team I think most of the team played well and I’m not gonna give out DMs, except to Walsh’s kicking boots which cost us the game. He was Good otherwise though.

credit to the Broncos, looks like they’re finally regaining some form. Geez you’d be frustrated at Milford though if you were a Broncs fan!

Neither do I. I just mentioned because previously I had said I'd never seen him pass the ball to his outside. Plus, his play the balls are ponderous.

Outplayed is a bit harsh. AFB made more meters, more tackles and more offloads than Haas.
Haas the more damaging runner tho for sure, with more tackle breaks

Is he ever diamonds? Honestly, I've never seen it. I felt like Herbert was 100x the player he was. Always been slow. Not keen to set up his winger. Not half the defender that Berry is, and Berry is only 19 or whatever he is.

Hiku is going to be such a massive loss, we lose that game by 20 without him last night

Yeah I didn't see it that way, either. AFB was involved. Just that Haas made a big impact. I certainly wouldn't be hanging it on AFB. If anything, I'd hang it on Brown or his team mates that a bigger effort wasn't made to shut down the guy that was most likely to bust us, and did so.

Id just expect Chad to step in there. He's kicked 10 or so field goals in his career. Fair enough if Walsh wanted the moment but thats literally why Chad was brought here for the back end of the year. Even Chanel could have wanted the moment more too.

And just for my final rant, as a right footer Chad/CHT would have been more ideal to take the last conversion too on the left side. Bad angle for the left footer.
