...Thought he should’ve taken the 1pt option dead in front with 5 on the clock and not put up the bomb out wide. Quality halfbacks would seal the game when it’s on offer...

I'm a big fan of the clinical, Cooper Cronk-like, one-point finishers, and have been frustrated with the Warriors in this area for years.

However, I'm still open to the suggestion that with five minutes left, we're seven in front, and we then relax a little, thinking the game's won.

That didn't happen yesterday, we were charged-up, right to the end.

In the games I’ve seen him play he’s been solid, but has had a few dumb errors and missed tackles so has never stood out, but he looked great on the weekend.

Anyways, for me it’s:
3 - RTS
2 - Tohu
1 - Curran

It’s quite interesting, I thought Murchie played well this year so was surprised Curran got the nod over him in the end. Now it means we have Curran, Murchie, Sironen, Katoa, BMM and Jazz all pushing for 3 spots in the team. Bit of a selection headache

yes, and Jazz has improved this season. Without the stupid errors or penalties his energy and passion is amazing

surprised Murchie has dropped in the pecking order and Katoa is having a quiet season and dropped. I really rated these guys last season and thought they would kick on

3. RTS
2. Curran
1. Jazz

Everyone played well. Pompey broke a lot of tackles, Ken ran with more oomph, Montoya worked hard, Kodi did the needful, Harris worked his ass off, Evans and BMM some good front foot ball. What a bummer Hiku busted, and Pompey looks in pretty bad way too. At least we have some good depth this season but it is getting stretched. Anyway thoroughly enjoyed that win, the team had a great attitude the whole way through. They wanted it more than St George, as simple as that.

It's not just that we won. It's how we won. We were clinical in most areas. Tidy and playing as a team. More of this we will get more competition points.

Hahaha must of. It was a good win. Sorry for the double ups guys lol

The site was glitchy two weeks ago too. When you hit 'reply' you wait, and wait, and then the reply button becomes solid again, which means the post is sent, but you're still on the reply screen!

I learnt this the hard way too.

100% completion rate, right?
Sorry yes that was obvious that we had a good completion rate not 100% but close enough lol. What I meant is how they won that game. They trust each other out there. The system they got now is working because new players filling those spaces where injuries are affecting us are still playing as per the blue print. We lack polish still in our halves and hooker in periods. Just need a bit more class in our spine especially now that RTS is going. Loving our attitude atm. Besides the Roosters blow out we have been pretty good defensively just need that class and polish in our attack.

According to NRL.com stats, it was 40 from 41, but then on NRL match report and everywhere else people keep banging on about 40/40. I can't recall an incomplete set.

If it was 100% completions it would of made the news. I remember we came near it last year against the Dragons. We fell short by 1 or 2 sets. Why didnt it create buzz this time? Especially if its the first time in the NRL era and ARL era this would had been achieved???
