Haha yeah, Walsh is mud. He turned us down when he was at the Knights a few years ago, couldn't be happier.

3. Matulino. Won't get tired of giving him three, he's a superstar.
2. Johnson. One of his most well-rounded NRL performances in tough conditions.
3. Mateo. Rock solid rather than flashy, shows he has that to his game.

Packer very unlucky, bent the line well. Manu very impressive, but I won't say anything about critics - that's how a man of his talents should play. And I love having Locke back. Just calms me.

3 - matulino - killing it as always
2 - johnson - superb kicking
1 - mateo - best game from him for a while

Hon: Manu (had a hat trick if not for bad ref call)

But I'm worried that a bad Panthers team missing their 3 best players caused us so much trouble. We should have won that game by 4 tries.

tbh, they only caused us any trouble for 7 minutes, during which time we were positively lol@50uffs like.

Bluey 1, Ivan 0.

nope. That's a bridge too far. If we don't beat a Panthers side where basically every decent player is missing for Origin (Grant, Lewis, Jennings) or injured (Gordon) with the roster of available players that we have, we ought to give it away.

1. Matulino
2. Martel
1. Locke.

Surprised to see no mention of him, his absence was sorely missed and it showed. The Penrith kicks and breaks were cleaned up by our real fullback, great to see that we no longer have thin air as our protection.

Just about everyone turned up to play, good signs but lets not forget Penrith are weak.

Agreed. In terms of rosters they had to work with tonight, Bluey's men should have done Ivan's by 30. I know the weather negates that but they weren't head and shoulders above them.

Locke was great but gee, how poor was Penrith's kicking game.

Look at the game tape! We won.

The score still stands.

McClennan 1 Cleary 0? If the Warriors hadn't beat that Panthers side then they should have just withdrawn from the comp. That Panthers side was woeful.

Packer was damn good too...and he has a tremendous bench celebration on him.

Yep, brought back memories of the Storm semi last year "Get outta my face!"

3 - Matulino - no point elaborating - all said before
2 - Maloney - agree that he took it 'by the scruff' last night and his kicking highlighted the opposition's lack of.
1 - Mateo - had written him off but he's back, pure and simple. Any forward who show's those skills with the kick through has to be something special.

Hon Men. the crowd - for showing up. Loyal and true! To both teams. Proves TV and home comforts haven't killed off the experience of being there.

But Panthers League club sucks, just a cynical, tacky, glorified pokie barn.

What's the league HQ like at Penrose?

3-Matulino (He was a man possessed tonight)
2-Johnson (Kickin game on point, controlled the tempo well)
1-Locke (Defensively great, he had to be with all the traffic Maloney and Hurrell directed his way)

Not a Warriors fan, but if I was I'd give all 6 points to Matulino. He is so important to your team imo. Whenever he's not on the field they just seem... weaker.. physically and mentally.

Suprised at Maloney getting points. Thought he was terrible. But i guess scoring a try and kicking the ball dead repeatedly will make up for that. :?
