I haven't watched the game since I was unable to get near pay-TV all day. I'm shocked to see people saying Bird played OK. I still don't know where he fits in though.

bird went ok for the first game back - needs to improve though

no chasing game

at least peachey balances the bad things he does with good things

I am wondering why you singled Sully out for 3 misses when our 300k centre missed the same guy 4 times for 3 trys.
Or our boom half Russ Aitken at 5 misses
Our 180k winger at 3 misses
or our team at 38 misses.
maybe you are right. At times it looked like the front of Woolies out there with all the swingin going on.

:shock: forgot to give stevo some points.. he played a good game were better with him, had great runs today, and good to see him getting in the action with him bein dummy half etc..

stevo = 2 points as well.. but extra points

look at how ineffectve sullivan is in defence always sucking other defenders in because he looks like dropping off

Was he on there?

Goldie was excellent value though. Plugged up his side & was much more comfortable on his prefferred side.
Didn't quite see how the changes worked but Goldie ended up on the right wing for the final 15.
perhaps to try & cover for Vagana misses.
