Frightening. But give me a superstar like Jonathan Thurston any day. He always showed up.Yeesh, how scary was Latrell Mitchell when he showed up?

Dallin was good today. He got peppered with bombs but diffused them. Did he rush in on defence though?
TLDR - Scored an excellent try, semi at fault for one, then out of position for another.
Not his worst day in the office by any means, but room for improvement
The tale of the tape with the two fullbacks was insane.I mean, he's generally not a bad player the rest of the time. But he just goes full beast mode sometimes.
A try.
5/5 kicking (with some tough kicks)
Line breaks.
Try assist.
Some searing bombs.
Heck of a game.
The less-fancied one ended up singing the team song! The tale of the tape with the two fullbacks was insane.
Latrell ran for 105m v CNK's 339, and twice as many runs (14 v 28) but every one of those 14 counted. Latrell was insane, it felt like playing Jonah in Jonah Lomu Rugby where he could score a try from every possession or do something immortal. It actually looked like men v boys at times, which is ridiculous to say about a top four team in the NRL.
Latrell is never going to be a guy who gets big stats or actually is interested week in, week out but man he's a weapon. Even the goal kicks, the spiral punts, the 40/20 attempt where CNK went out, those aren't human.
Took his try very well. Think the commentator even said something like "perfect execution"
For their tries
Their first one, DWZ not involved - Koloamatangi went through multiple defenders to score
Their second, was the intercept try, DWZ was on his wing in an attacking position when Johnstong took it. No fault of DWZ
Their third (Johnstons second) was a very good cut out pass to Johnston, on DWZs wing. DWZ slightly out of position as he drifted in in a touch. Had been square on Johnston, he may have been able to tip him out.
Their 4th, (Johnstons 3rd) he gave Johnston far too much space. He was ball watching which allowd him to score.
Their last try, Mitchell crashed over, no where near DWZ.

Will forever respect the dude and I'm obviously stoked with how he's going. But I'm also happy to keep backing my view that given the same opportunity RTS would've delivered the same output (if not more) and with more of an attacking threat too.Just saw that 4 out of the 10 highest metres gained totals in a game in the last two seasons have been by CNK. people who want to move Charnze on need to learn to have better opinions.
Yep agree and I actually think DWZ can be excused for Johnston’s second try as well.
The end-on replay showed they numbered up fine initially, but Latrell created the space by getting slightly outside Leka and attracting Metcalf. That brought Berry in, which left DWZ facing a 2 on 1. And then given the quality of the pass.. don’t think Dallin could’ve done much more there TBH.
Only genuine error I can think of was not going up for the bomb that led to Johnston’s third try. Dunno who else was involved but coming in from the backfield that should’ve been his ball to defuse. Otherwise, I thought he was pretty solid.
Might be true but neither of them by themselves is as good as having them both in the team. Will forever respect the dude and I'm obviously stoked with how he's going.
