Lisone needs to pull his head in. He bends the line like Miss Muppett and does really stupid things.
Maumalo was just like Manu. Ran the ball up well but can't do the basics. (Maybe we should retire the No 5 jersey. There is obviously a flaw in it.)
Lolohea. Next time someone makes an offer let him go. Hopeless.

Lisone frustrated the hell out of me. I like the mongrel and he actually made decent meters but he's an utter bonehead.

The difference between Maumalo and Manu is that Manu scores tries and has a good temperament. I don't remember a single occasion he's been guilty of instigating niggle in the tackle. He also would've been up in the air and going for a catch or bat back on Hingano's cross kicks that Maumalo wouldn't commit to jumping for. I suspect they were pays that were designed for Manu.

Tui much like Lisone. Some flashes of brilliance but doesn't know when to pick his moments, and makes basic errors. Both keep their spots for now but must improve. Maumalo can piss off.

Agreed. RTS deserves top spot I think and Mannering deserves a nod for an immense half til he was injured but without SJ we would've lost and lost by a fair bit.

Mannering was immense, but it was so vital that Hoffman stepped up and got the job done when he went off.

He finished well ,but there was only really one challenging one. I don't give wingers points for scoring regulation tries even if they score a bunch, they're just doing their job at that point. Still, if Maumalo or Wright had been on that wing we'd probably have scored one out of the three....

That's their job. They get credit deservedly for doing their job.

They deserve credit for doing their job, but its a piss poor week when the 3-2-1 all go to players that just did their job. RTS, Simon and SJ all did more than their job so they get the points for mine.

No point slamming McDud when Kearney barely seems to be doing anything different.

He finally allowed Simon, our best player, to be the footballer he actually is, not a tackle bot. So I'm happy to keep slamming the stupor coach.

Think it was an ANZAC (maybe 4N) game where Manu got stuck into 'sideshow Bob'.. he was a very angry man..

Nah that was caused by someone going into King late-ish over the sideline (I forget who, and just how late it was), then King blaming it (incorrectly) on Manu and starting something... ended with JT sizing up Manu from memory, lol

Manu cops more than his fair share of rubbish in the tackle too. I've seen him take exception. He is definitely not dirty though.

I don't think Ken is either. I just think he is trying too hard to be something he clearly isn't.
