I thought Inu was pretty good defensively. Early on he was forced to make a decision, and got it wrong (Larence break), but otherwise, all night he pwned.

I like the way Luck deals with the refs when he is the captain

2. Mateo
1. Matulino

One of those games it's disappointing not to be able to give out more points. Tupou, Vatuvei and Brown all deserve points for their metres out of our own end.

3 Maloney
2 Locke
1 Manu

HM Matulino, Mannering.

Tupou, Inu, Brown and Manu did very well in the second half to get our sets rolling, when some of our forwards were gassed.

Price got voted as the least favourite captain refs liked dealing with.

3-Maloney
2-Matulino
1-Inu/Manu

Yep, I realise that. I was meaning they actually listened to the guy - moreso Price would force them to pay attention... which is why they couldn't stand him. He was a great captain, Steve. Huge charisma and very well spoken.

I totally agree with everything you are saying.
Luck is almost a co-captain and maybe should probably be captain.

Hard again this week for exactly the opposite reasons from last week.
All the team deserved points.

However, for me, the gamebreakers were:

3. Maloney Superb.
2. Mateo Finally got some support
1. Inu Finally got some support from Cleary.
I so agree with the underlined.
3. Maloney - good all-round performance
2. Locke - mainly for his first 30min, can't blame him for the Galloway try
1. Hiho - some really good runs from dummy half

Yep, really hard to give points this week, for all the right reasons.

3--Mannering--was huge. dominated his side of the field defensively (shut Marshall down pretty well, i thought), and always attracted several defenders with ball in hand. Ran some good supporting lines, too. very vocal, as well.
2--Maloney
1--Matulino

Whole team deserves points, really.

And well done, Manu!

Hard this week, obviously for different reasons to last week. Everybody deserves points, points go to:

3. Maloney
2. Manu
1. Mannering

Did Manu even drop the ball once, I backed him to turn around after last week and repaid me in spades.

Big ups to Manu as well, great comeback. Testament to the guys spine after a game from hell. Big respect for him. Proud of the team as a whole though, to come back from a horror game and fight some appalling officiating. Very satisfying.

Yes. But the refs called it a strip and we scored off the one bit of good fortune we got from them

For me

3 Manu - Got pretty much every set rolling with good momentum
2 Inu - When involved was a handfull
1 Matulino - Wicked 2nd half

Is Ukuma injured

And a gold star for Cleary for a) finally playing Inu in the centers (not that he had much choice) and b) for whatever he said at halftime...

I was doing rapid fist pumps around the lounge after the Inu try while my Thai girlfriend looked on very scared...
