Buy Whare and shift Kata to wing

what worries me is when Manu is fit, Maumalo is going to be shifted onto the other wing. Kearney seems to see things in him that no one else does.

and its still weird seeing last years Head Coach running the water. Has that ever happened in the NRL before?

Everyone had a good game apart from Ashyford and Kata
I'm going to go 3 Mannering,at least two tackles every set, sometimes as many as four, no mistakes, as usual
2 Isaac Luke,crafty and angry
1 Gavet, set the tone for the props to go hard, they all tried hard but we need Matulino to bring his superior class

3. Gavet. Finally a prop showing some aggression. Deserves it just for that.
2. Foran. The guy is class.
1. Luke. Good on you.

HMs. RTS, Sao, Johnson, Mannering, Lilyman.

This for me. Thanks for summing up Rich. Caught a 80cm kingi off the ti point wharf, omaha, while fishing for mackerel baits the other day.

Well done. I've heard some good stories from there.
I haven't been out lately, in the process of selling my boat to buy a smaller one, but neighbour is doing well around the markers opposite Marsden Point.
Bad stories about logs floating off Marsden Point though. Just last week a boat hit one at speed. Not too much damage to the log.

The Warriors felt like they were much better organised on attack yesterday and Johnson had more time and freedom. That's Foran.

Luke pulled off 2 big shots which really lifted us.

A lot to be heartened by. Hopefully we can back it up this week- then our disastrous start won't be so disastrous.

To put it in perspective though:
We have won two from five; against the sides in 14th and 15th places. Plus lost to the team in 12th place.
We have played 4 games in NZ including 3 at Mt Smart.
This was a really, really easy start to the season.
Sorry, I am not heartened.

I am heartened to see us playing flashes of good football and showing some heart. I will be more heartened if we do it again next week. 1 game doesn't make a season and we should be in a better position than we are, but if we can play like that more often we will win more this season than we thought we would have last week.

3. Foran - we don't win if he doesn't play that game
2. Gavet - fast play the balls make all the difference for Bully
1. Luke - run boy run

Enjoyed the go-forward in the second half of Lisone, Sao, Lillyman & Gavet. I'd prefer Mannering remain on the right edge, He offers more in every facet out there than Bodene Thompson.

Ayshford is PLOD in attack. Put Fusitua back in the centres and watch him go.
