dodge/timmah, dont like the thread then stay out of it, its a perfectly reasonable thread

i agree with ink, Hornby was sensational today id even be tempted to give him MOTM but i think Head was the difference between the 2 sides, which justifys his MOTM

I would say put you money on the dragons to win the comp as the nrl want's them too - ditto dogs in 2004.

Gosh I HATE fans that blame refs! You get some good ones/some bad ones! 99 times out 100 the ref does not decide the match!

Mate, you need to realise that when refs make a mistake, erasing that mistake does not make the scoreline reverse. Had a different decision made, the game could've taken any number of paths. Saints could've won 40-18 for all you know.

Look I can't comment really on the whole match, I was watching my team in the AFL, but in general refs don't cost matches. The "offside" tries I have seen and both were fine. The obstruction I have not seen so I can't comment on that one. However even if it was wrong it was cancelled out by the Shillington try which was dubious at best!
