Thats not aggressive ol' mate, just direct, the only way I know. I have never been big on negative banter, and I am very proud to have been associated with Roy, Paul and the board and very impressed with what they have done thus far, so perhaps I am being a bit over protective on their behalf. I hope, and do not think Gronk would take offence, or believe that I am being aggressive towards him, as we have had some robust banter between ourselves since last year, but I have respect for his, and anyone else's opinion on this forum, but I fire from the hip and wear my heart on my sleeve. As I said, the only way I know.

We have the changes we needed on the boards, now lets give them a little time to implement the changes. I think they have done a good job so far, give them a break, it hasnt even been a year yet.Keep up the good work.

I ducted into Sterlo's tonight for a rendezvous with a mate and a quick ale. The new renos look good and the auto doors are a great improvement for the smokers. Now they just have to reduce the size of the beer queues and switch to foxtel digital (why they have a crappy 4:3 analog picture streeetched to 16:9 on a $25k plasma is beyond me) and we'll have a much better venue.

I had no problem with the queues tonight. A few minutes each time is nothing to worry about. I thought the staff were very efficient and poured a nice drop. I've been very happy with the service there the last two weeks.

Service and entertainment inside Sterlo's is very high on the agenda, and I hear Reschs is coming back on tap, what a great joint to go to now!! Mate there is a lot the board wants to do, but they cannot send the club broke revamping the place overnight, but the little things as you have mentioned are achievable in a realistic time. I think when a CEO or GM of the Leagues Club is announced, everyone will see progressive changes on a very consistant basis.
