3/23 off 15 overs by Patty but Baldie will get the plaudits for taking a 5 for.

Great win, brave declaration.

Now they'll be off to celebrate the win with a few date juices.

I reckon it's been a great series

Like, the pitches need work, but Pakistan happily agree with that. They haven't got Test resources cos they haven't had much Test cricket.

But it's been great cricket because of how Pakistan have received us, and how both teams have played. Apart from one patch of negative bowling I really enjoyed it. Glad we won but I would have been ok with a 1-0 loss in the circumstances too cos I just really came to like Pakistan as a team.

So glad JL resigned instead of seeing out his contract

Not sure we would be as relaxed , and pretty sure we would have seen a 2nd innings collapse somewhere

With covid bubbles on top of Pakistan Security down their throats, JL would have been a bit unbearable in that 24/7 enclosure

Well done Australia.

I'm with @Bazal Great series. First, because it was played and it was meaningful. Secondly, because of the Test-theatre. We love Test matches that go down to the wire- 5th day with all 3 results possible. How much more when the series has looked dead and then suddenly springs to life for a decisive conclusion?

Fortune doesn't always favour the brave in cricket, but it did last night. Fantastic declaration in the end by Cummins. I said last night that it would take Cummins to do something special for Australia to win and that it'd be nice if Lyon was the star. Both delivered in the end.
