don't buy in to the kallum Watkins myth at all, hes the modern keith senior, great at running through the defences of wakefield and Featherstone but "the invisible man"against quality international opposition , tb is a knock on machine game after game, bring back gb for mine

Just finished the first half..

Worth noting all the kiwi points in the 1st half came off the back of english NRL players

One of twins knocked on,the other twin gave a penalty away then whitehead gave away another...kiwis kicked 2pts..

Widdop then kicked out on the full, kata nearly scored off the resulting handover, then after a couple of england drop outs & repeat kiwi sets rapana scores in the corner..

Bloody NRL players

Worth noting without your NRL players England would have got thrashed;)...do you think England assumed that they had the game in the bag based of previous history? I just can't believe how they tried to attack the Kiwis line. That Sam Burgess pass through the legs was horrible.....if he had drawn and passed it would have more than likely been a try.

Thrashed???Aside from the interception & alongish range try the kiwis barely troubled us in the 2nd half,we lost that game, the kiwis didn't win it...

We played stupid rugby,we'll iron out the kinks, tighten up next week and be at full tilt against the aussies.....hopefully

You were both dismal. The Kiwis didn't look interested and England had no direction in attack. You both need to improve to beat Australia. England more so.

it was the NRL england players that gifted you points ya tit lol..so without our NRL PLAYERS YOU WOULDN'T HAVE WON LOL

Judging by the stats from the game i think you would have been smashed without your NRL players....

Top four tacklers from England : Elliott Whitehead 41, Sam Burgess 39, Josh Hodgson 38, James Graham 36
Top meters from England: Sam Burgess 206, James Graham 206, Chris Hill 134, Jermaine McGillvary 129
Top Tackle Breaks from England: Thomas Burgess 6, Sam Burgess 5, Jonny Lomax 3, James Graham 3, George Burgess 3.

Even Shaun Johnson ran for more meters (136m) than any Super League player on the field  And everyone knows how shit Shaun Johnson has been at running the ball this year haha

Lol im sure one year you will be without your NRL players and it will be your excuses then ;)

Interesting to hear the Kiwi players say it was the most physical game they have ever played in.

Silly to suggest englands best werent mostly the NRL players. I guess more to the point is despite having more and more NRL conditioned players the results stay the same.

Sadly I think there has been little focus on the physicality of the game, the worlds two best packs going toe to toe with no clear winner was a spectacle worthy of admission. Australias pack is a distant third to England's and NZ's but they will be saved by their clinical precision and odd bit of brilliance from Thurston or Inglis.
