That's a by-product of the crap pitches that have been dished up in Australia for at least a decade, as well as the crap Kookaburra balls that are used (compared to the Dukes in UK, which swing more, last longer and don't ping off the bat like the Kookaburra's do)

Agreed, our batsman are brought up concrete belters. We struggle when it spins as well. Lazy bunch of front foot plodders.

We were a chance of breaking that record back in Cape Town 2011 when we were 9/21 before our 10th-wicket partnership saved us, being bowled out for 47

7.5 per over we should reach 500+ easily today...
