I would eradicate that dog ugly shot from cricket by giving the fielding team a 12th fielder who can only field down there. Maybe even a 13th fielder.
So at least 1, potentially 2, extra fielders who can just loiter anywhere down there.

It is easy enough to do when you don't put any value on your wicket which is okay for a player batting 7 - 11.

But our top 4 have been way too conservative since Warner retired. Konstas at least has it ticking over. It's the point of difference the selectors were talking about (Which apparently they didn't need in the first three tests when Konstas wasn't ready...he is now I guess).

If Khawaja/Smith/Labs didn't get bogged down all the time then Konstas wouldn't be in the picture. His selection is due to their playstyle.
