I keep wondering why the f**k India have decades between each Test in a series schedule but then I remember they prepare sandpits and every test is a three day game

At least when we roll out a sub standard pitch we own it. Gabba pitch in the recent series not good enough, yep, our bad, need to do better. No cares about why it ended it the way it did, just that it wasn't up to standard.
MCG pitch a desert highway, yep our bad, we'll get that sorted.

I remember when Sunhil got given out lbw off an inside edge and he grabbed his batting partner and stormed off the pitch like a big sook.

If the BCCI is happy with these shitty dustbowls, then I expect there will be plenty of them prepared for the IPL as well...
There was a T20I between India and NZ in Lucknow only a few weeks ago, where NZ nearly defended 99 (India winning with 1 ball remaining).

So, not all T20 surfaces there have been a batting paradise.

At least we know the pitches will be terrible every time we tour there. Both teams have to play on it as well so if we good enough we will get them.

Not one to indulge in conspiracies but I like to think that the worst incident of the tour (so far) was moving the venue of the 2nd test to Indore. Wouldn't put it past the BCCI to plan it.

And the Lucknow curator was sacked immediately. Reports are the Indore curator will be sacked too, but I wonder if he would have been had India won.
