With an average of 32 this past shield season, not any time soon I'd expect. When does Alex Doolan get another shot?
That’s cold blooded bro. When does Alex Doolan get another shot?
Handscomb's luck seems to have run out technique isn't everything but he's just horrible
And he would have looked composed af doing soWarner, Smith, and Bancroft's replacements combined for 12 runs.
Quiney sitting back on the couch saying "I could have almost done that."
It's not terribly different from the other tests anyway and there were ICC suspensions regardlessGet used to it.
This is what people wanted.
With an average of 32 this past shield season, not any time soon I'd expect.
Travis Head would have to be a chance though to replace Handscombe.
That's almost enough for captain mate.True dat. But I think Doolan plays better when the pressure is on. He’s a cool head. Experienced. He’s the Mark Lathwell/Darren Maddy of Australian cricket and right now that’s probably good enough.
Guys like Stuart Law and Martin Love would stroll into this team.Remember when Lehmann, Siddons, Love, Bevan, Hussey were just first class cricketers bashing runs for fun? Even Langer, Martyn and Hayden spent plenty of time playing Shield cricket because there was no way to break into that rock solid top 6. Now genuine plodders who’d have struggled to get in Shield teams are in there.

Happy Easter to you all
I’m gonna go down a fantasy lane journey for moment
What do we think if we have to follow on , get a 150 lead and then end up winning this test aka India of 2001? Seems extreme I’ll admit, but I’m hanging onto that till the very painfull end
We played some dumb shots so far rather than any good bowling, get rid of that then we can get a little lead here and never know. We need to use the Justin Langer method, set little goals. Bat in 15min blocks, reasses and build another 15min etc...
A bit of pressure might get South Africa , 2-2 still no over just yet, though we certainly have our backs to a very solid concrete wall.
