It'll be Talagi in the 6 for round one. Unless someone has an outrageous off-season.

I'm more interested to see if he can keep his spot after 5-6 rounds. We will have Vegas and then probably a host of other big games. We had a stacked draw in 2024 to start the season (Storm, Eels, Broncos, Roosters, Sea Eagles).

Talagi is going to get the bunsen burner to start the year.

They shoulder plenty of work in attack.

The priority for the guys in the mix is getting through 80 minutes of football. They'll be targeted and that work you do in defence impacts what you can do with the ball. Luai and Cleary are durable but it comes in time.

Don't expect much from young halves with only 10-20 first grade games. The pass mark for them is different to a veteran like Luai.
