With the deaths of Tony and Richie, channel 9 had the perfect opportunity to reinvigorate its commentary team.

They've failed at keeping it a boys club. They've failed at keeping it ex Aussie players too.

I don't mind Vaughan tbh but there's a smugness in the commentary box. Plenty of folks out there can call a game who didn't wear a baggy green.

They really need a refresh and new blend of commentators.

Tune into Triple M. Brayshaw aside they are piss funny.
