My favourite thing about BazBall is that they went from a 2-2 draw at home, to a 2-2 draw at home.

As someone else said, it's like taking the scenic route to the same destination.

If we drew 2-2 at home there'd be a royal commission into our ineptitude lol

Wish we won the series outright obviously, but to my way of thinking a drawn series is slightly better for the visiting team than the home team.

Let’s see how they go here in a couple of years. Hopefully our bowlers will have learned something from this.

It will be interesting the pitches we lay out for them.

Producing flat decks like we do for India would probably suit England.

I would say there be a silent directive to juice up the wickets a bit more.

Its the drinks breaks between overs and changing gloves every 5 minutes that slows the over rates down. Plus stopping play every time a spectator 57 kms from the on strike batsman moves an inch.

As Mr Hiney says, thats where the umpire has to step in and say: "Sorry Steven, you just changed your gloves last over, you can wait until the next official drinks break in 10 minutes" or "Get off the field 12th man, Ben Stokes doesn't need a drink, he's only been out here 10 minutes".

That's not including DRS being used about 6 times every day which takes 3-4 mins per referral.

Sorry Uzi, disagree. There was no way you were going to catch up those overs in the second innings especially with no spinner.

15 overs an hour equals 4 minutes an over. Doable.
