Re the flag, don't know but would guess the Irish cricket team includes both Ireland and Northern Ireland?

The Windies have on the whole been pretty frigging dreadful since Ambrose and Walsh retired.

The flag is because they're a unity team, same as the
rugby team.

Good recovery here. It's a shame, Boyd Rankin is watching this game from his living room and Eoin Morgan is playing for England. Couple that with Tim Murtaugh being injured, it's not a lot between that and Ireland being a genuine threat.

They had them 5/90 odd with Gayle and Samuels in the sheds.

For the lack of a quality quick.

over 300 again - lot of flat decks make it hard to run through a side, might be a bat first tournament - scoreboard pressure chasing 300+ isn't easy to handle

44/0 after 7... long way to go, but good start... Roach expensive

This deck isn't doing anything and the outfield is lightning fast. If they keep wickets in hand they should do it easy, they bat very deep as well.

1/162 after 25. Stirling just got 18 off the last over to go to 88 off 75 with Joyce 40 off 32

Ireland require another 104 runs with 8 wickets and 18.0 overs remaining

Ireland will shoe it in, a great victory

4.8 runs per over with 8 wickets in hand.

It's Ireland's game to lose. This is great for the tournament (and to a lesser extent Zimbabwe's performance)

Looking at the fixtures coming in it did look like it was pretty obvious who "should" go through to the quarters from each group. Things have gotten interesting now.
