put it this way, when Smith fielded the ball and had a throw at the stumps during the later stages of the game, I expected him to hit.. why? because Ponting & Clarke wouldn't of missed in such a crucial stage of the game, it's a really high standard that's been set but that's the expectation

no doubt we have some guys who are far too inconsistent in the field, Shaun Marsh is case and point.. takes an amazing catch in the outfield, drops a sitter (all in the same game)
