4/176 is a great score considering we were at 2/2.

240 is easily doable from here.

Public transport is much better in Melbourne than Sydney. Melbourne's layout is so much better. It is much easier to get from point A to point B. Look at the two cities on a map, Sydneys roads and freeways look like someone threw paint at a wall and whatever came up is where they built roads. Melbournes actually look like they've been designed by an adult human. Sydney has great beaches but overall Melbourne is a much better place to work and exist in. Sydney is better if you work and spend all your time within 15 minutes of your house and never use public transport. Melbourne is better if you have to travel outside of your own suburb.

I suppose when your only experience with cities is looking at a map you might be confused.

I also use public transportation all the time. Maybe spend some time in Sydney before commenting on it you absolute buffoon.

Great vision by Faulkner realising there weren't enough players inside the rope.. Scored us a run for that one! Great work

btw just how bad are the west indies?

granted its only 5 odis, but they might as well have played 3

the windies have not looked like winning a cripple fight, let alone a single match

the team's problems stem from its batting, no chanderpaul in the middle order to stop the flow of 4 - 5 middle order wickets in succession

and the bowlers leak runs too easily, there are no stock bowlers to bowl maidens to stop australia from scoring in the middle overs.

Not that I want to point it out to them. Its all good to have strike bowlers and power hitters, but you need players to do the nitty gritty, to win games of cricket. ie a guy like james faulkner is not mitch johnson, but he gets picked to do a job. and phil hughes and darsh arent there to smash it, but they accumulate the score to at least 270 each inning, which is hard to chase any day of the week

Windies 0 for 3 off the first over

Nathan Coulter-Nile on for Shaun Marsh. Can tell he's in Marsh's shirt. Couldn't they get him one in time? At least get him a blank one from the merchandise stand?

There's more people in the commentary box than the stands.

ODIs really need some peptides
