I think Shane Watson deserved man of the match

To score a quick 90

PLUS be the best bowler on the day with by far the best economy rate on that deck, plus really bowled us to victory with 3 crucial wickets. He deserved it in my opinon

Taking nothing away from Sachins innings, but Id hate to think what Brian Lara would have done to that attack on that wicket

All in all a great game. Maybe a bit of complacency from India considering the unjuries we have?

still sleep deprived but I just couldn't bring myself to reach for the remote and turn it off

I know the feeling, it was worse for me, turned off at 6am woke up at 11am. But well worth it, the best ODI I have seen, I missed the SA record chase.

Agree on McKay, hes got the Hughes confident about him where he knows his game very well and has confidence in his ability to execute. Until Hilfy works on his pressure moments and straight/in swinger he should be kept away from the ODI side.

Poor Sachin, 175 and lose.

I think that highlighted the difference in the two teams.

The little master was brilliant but he played a lone hand, not much help from Dhoni and Sewag and the like.

Australia on the other hand had a alot of depth in their batting and all the batsmen contributed.

Sounds like i missed an amazing game, good to see McKay do well. Hilfy is not a one day bowler, great to see Marsh do well hopefully he will kick on from this.

I think the main difference was fielding

India = Woeful.

Tendulkar has done nothing in this series till this game and yet they've won 2. he finally did something and they lost

he is not the difference

thats not what I meant

what I meant was that Tendulker had no support it was a one man show, whereas all the Aussie batsmen contributed
