Not so fantastic? We won god dammit! What a game, what a brilliant knock by Sachin but the Aussies never gave in, fantastic to see and it really typifies the so called 'Aussie spirit'.

still sleep deprived but I just couldn't bring myself to reach for the remote and turn it off

this would have been a great learning curve for the likes of McKay who I felt was very impressive on debut, he has good variation in his bowling and never got flustered

Hilfy on the other hand is not a ODI bowler, he just doesn't seem to be able to vary his pace.
