It's only about 50 pages long. Just flick through it, paying attention to the Aims and Scope, Key Findings and Conclusion. I know it's a censored report, but you can see what they're getting at.

Despite being prohibited substances in professional sport, peptides and hormones are being used by professional athletes in Australia, facilitated by sports scientists, high- performance coaches and sports staff. Widespread use of these substances has been identified, or is suspected by the ACC, in a number of professional sporting codes in Australia. In addition, the level of use of illicit drugs within some sporting codes is considered to be significantly higher than is recorded in official statistics.

First thing there. Peptides are not banned. Neither are hormones & neither are steroids. How can this report flasely claim this is phucking incredible. eg Cortisone is a hormone steroid & it can be used with prior approval. Not all Peptides are banned. Some are not even tested on humans.
Secondly to the above. widespread use has been identified OR suspected. Well which the f**k is it ? identified or suspected? Was a legal peptied or a banned peptide.
The phuckwit minister Clare is right, I'm shocked.
